My dog has specific training needs. Can you customize your programs?

Yes, in fact, our programs are completely customized based on your dog's current situation, and your relationship/behavior goals with them. We won't recommend a program or a course of action until we actually get to evaluate your dog in-person and learn more about what is causing the problematic or unwanted behaviors. Every dog is different, therefore every dog should be trained differently!

How do I get the training process started?

The first step is to book your phone consultation so we can gain a better understanding of your dog’s current problematic behavior and temperament. During this consultation, we will discuss your goals, our training methods and determine the needs of the owner and dog. These consultations typically take about 30 minutes.

Do you guarantee your training?

We offer a conditional guarantee as an exception to our no-refund policy.

Here's how it works:

- Full Compliance: You must strictly follow the training program as outlined by us.

- Practical Application: You need to show that you can effectively use the training techniques we teach. This involves demonstrating your understanding and application of operant conditioning principles with your dog, specifically showing the handling skills necessary to successfully use all four quadrants of operant conditioning in a dynamic environment.

- Weekly Videos: To monitor progress, you must seed us three (3) videos each week. These videos should show you working with your dog on the techniques we've covered and be 15 to 60 seconds long. We'll provide feedback within 24 hours.

- Completion of Program: You must complete the entire program as outlined. This includes attending all scheduled sessions and following the training plan without significant changes unless approved by us.

If you meet all these conditions and still don't see the expected progress with your dog, you can choose to receive additional training sessions at no extra cost or a partial refund. The scope and duration of additional sessions will be determined by us.
